What can we learn about PUBLIC SPEAKING from JOHN CHO?

John is a natural and sincere speaker. He does many things right– he draws us in with a personal story, his pacing is perfect, and his voice is calm.
BUT- notice how frequently he (nervously) touches his face or scratches his head. Fidgety mannerisms are distracting and draw our attention away from the message. Video record yourself and check if you fidget when giving a presentation or speech. Once you observe yourself you can make a conscious effort to stop those distracting gestures.
