I’m an Award-Winning Speech Pathologist and Executive Communications Coach, and my mission is to help people like you speak with clarity, confidence, and impact—no matter the audience.
With a background that combines Speech-Language Pathology and Radio & Television Arts, I bring both the science and the art of communication to my work. Over the years, I’ve helped clients strengthen their message, eliminate negative speech habits, improve their accents, and overcome shyness or discomfort with public speaking. What excites me most is watching clients transform into dynamic, persuasive speakers who are heard, understood, and valued.
My passion for this work is deeply personal. As a shy child, I knew what it felt like to struggle to speak up. A course in radio drama changed everything for me—it gave me the confidence and skills I needed, and set me on the path to helping others find their own voice.
Since completing my degree in Speech-Language Pathology at the University of Toronto, I’ve had the privilege of designing and leading programs such as the SpeechScience Accent Reduction Program, Fearless Public Speaking, and Secrets of Confident Conversation. Alongside my clinical work, I also pursued a career as a radio and television writer, host, and producer for programs like Ethnicity, Second Chance, and Giving Voice.
Today, as Founder and President of SpeechScience International, I work with leaders, rising professionals, and organizations around the world. My clients have included Fortune 500 companies, global institutions like the United Nations, and top business schools. What they all have in common is a desire to elevate their communication—to connect, persuade, and inspire action.
Along the way, I’ve been honoured with awards such as the Outstanding Contributions to the Profession from the Ontario Association of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology, the Toronto Star Readers’ Choice Award for Best Speech Services, the 2024 CBRB Award for Best Speech Pathologist, and the TV Award of Excellence for the series Ethnicity.
With offices in Toronto and New York, I continue to do the work I love most: helping people discover the power of their own voice.
