BA, DSPA, SLP ( reg. CASLPO) President and Founder
Hello ! Thank you for visiting my website.
I am an executive public speaking coach and Speech Language Pathologist. I provide high-impact personal coaching, team training, and keynote addresses to Fortune 500 leaders, which unlock their ability to persuade with passion and move people to action.
To ensure that you achieve excellent results, I use both the science of speech therapy together with the skills and mindset of public speaking, to help top-tier professionals become the most memorable and persuasive speakers in any room.
I am proud of my clients including the United Nations, American Express, IBM, TD Bank, Scotiabank, BMO, Cisco Systems and more. My programs challenge leaders’ fears, worries, and long-held beliefs about public speaking, to transform how they deliver their message to the world.
My professional work as a Speech-Language Pathologist focuses on accent reduction, elimination of stuttering, lisps and cluttering, improved pronunciation and voice enhancement. I combine these technical and science-based elements of speech with my public speaking and broadcasting expertise in television and radio, to deliver a complete, value-driven client experience to leaders and corporations. This ensures that you will elevate your speaking to reach new heights of success.
For my work in Speech and Language Pathology, I have received accolades from the Ontario Association of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology for outstanding contributions to the profession, and awards and distinctions from local community publications in Toronto and New York. I continue to create and lecture the Professional Speaking Skills course at the Toronto Lawyers Association, a position I have held since 2018.
I connect deeply with my clients and audiences, because I experienced painful shyness in front of audiences as a child. With my parents’ encouragement ( or should I say “ forcing” ) at the age of 10, I enrolled in a course in radio and television drama. Little did I know that I would end up loving it!
This changed the trajectory of my life and has given me the knowledge, and expertise to help others overcome fear, and speak clearly and confidently to any audience. I am devoted to strengthening the capacity of high-performance leaders to communicate well through dynamic speaking and communication skills.
In broadcast media, I went on to write, produce, and host radio and television shows including the award-winning TV series Ethnicity, as well as Second Chance, and Giving Voice.
On a personal note, I love global travel and spending time with my wonderful family and friends.
